If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt.
We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please complete the form on the reverse of your receipt, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the receipt form. We advise all customers to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete. Refunds are always processed net of postage.
If you would prefer to return your item through the post, please ensure that you choose a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not confirmed received back at our warehouse.
Please note that our sale items have a seven day return policy. This is to enable us to process the return item and put it back into sale online before the sale ends.
If your items were purchased from a non-Chatham Marine store or Website, please return your item to the retailer, not to Chatham Marine. As we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from ourselves, Chatham Marine Limited. Please note that their terms and conditions may vary from ours.
We are only able to receive returns through the postal service, and do not offer a drop off service. We will endeavour to process your exchange or refund request within 7 working days, in peak times this may however be longer.
UK Returns only: Returns are freepost via Collect+ for customers on the UK Mainland. This service can take between 3 and 5 working days. Text your post code to 84555 for nearest drop off point, or visit www.collectplus.co.uk.
For all non UK customers returns for a refund or exchange will be at your expense.

We aim to process your exchange requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods back to our Exeter warehouse. We'll accept exchange requests only on items which have been purchased directly from us within the last 28 days, and which are within perfect reselling condition. This means all labels, tags, clothing bags and shoe boxes must be suitable for return.

If in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team on 0845 2700 217 or alternatively by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please return the item clearly stating the fault and include proof of purchase. We will endeavour to replace your item but if unable to, we may offer an alternative or a refund if the item is found to be faulty.
Christmas Returns Policy
We offer an extended returns policy over the Christmas period to cover products purchased as presents. This is valid for all purchases from the 1st November, the returns period is extended until the 31st January.
