Delivery & Returns Information
Unfortunately due to the current Brexit situation and issues with certain carriers we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend deliveries to EU countries. This is a temporary change and as soon we have more clarity from our carriers that orders will be delivered in a timely fashion we will reinstate overseas shipping.

Due to adjusted shift patterns to comply with government resitrctions, standard & tracked delivery options can take up to 7 working days. As we're sure you can understand we cannot offer a next working day service at this time.
Standard Rate (FREE) - Orders Over £100 are Free for the UK Mainland – Can take up to 7 working days
Tracked - Up to 7 working days – additional £5
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday.
Delivery to the Channel Islands is £8.50. Please ensure you select the Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey) from the country list so that the system knows to deduct VAT from your order.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only. They may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day (please note as per the message above, during the COVID-19 government restrictions, this may not always be possible, hence our extended delivery estimates). Please refer below for delivery timescale. Orders placed after 1pm will not be dispatched until the next working day at the earliest.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. All orders are charged at the time of the purchase, this includes any item which is back ordered.
Europe & Rest of the World
Shipping to the majority of Mainland Europe is available for £8.50 - £12.50. International deliveries to P.O. Boxes may incur further charges if your order is over 2kg.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are applicable depending on your shipping destination and the customer shall be liable for paying all duties & taxes on the shipment.
If your country is not listed below, our dedicated customer services team will be happy to provide you with contact details for your local supplier of Chatham products.
Please also note that we currently do not ship to PO Boxes

Delivery charges are constantly reviewed and will appear on the check out page before confirming your order.
*EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS - All purchases made online between 1st November 2020 and 25th December 2020 will enjoy an extended returns period. Purchases made during this period can return up to the 31st January 2021.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28* days of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Please print and complete the form you receive via email, or include a cover note inside the box, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
- Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the receipt form. We advise all customers to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete. Refunds are always processed net of postage.
- Please note this process is for purchases made via our website and telephone cannot be refunded in any of our stores.
If your items were purchased from a non-Chatham Marine store or Website, please return your item to the retailer, not to Chatham Marine. As we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from ourselves, Chatham Marine. Please note that their terms and conditions may vary from ours.
We are only able to receive returns through the postal service, and do not offer a drop off service.
UK Returns only: Returns are free via Collect+ for members on the UK Mainland. Text your post code to 84555 for nearest drop off point, or visit www.collectplus.co.uk.
Rest of the World: Any returns from beyond the UK will need to be paid for by the customer.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.If you need some help or have any questions please contact our Customer Services department who are more than happy to help.
If in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team on 0845 2700 217 or alternatively by email email@example.com. Please return the item clearly stating the fault and include proof of purchase. We will endeavour to replace your item but if unable to, we may offer an alternative or a refund if the item is found to be faulty.
