We highly value the opinions of our customers, so a few days after you have made a purchase on our website, and have had time to try it out, you will receive an email inviting you to write a product review on reviews.io.
Each review is automatically entered into our monthly prize draw, and one lucky winner will receive the cost of their shoes back!

How to enter
- To be eligible for the draw, persons must submit a review on reviews.io.
- The prize draw will run on a monthly basis starting on the 1st September 2022.
- Entries received from the first day of a calendar month until the last day of that calendar month will be entered into the prize draw.
- One winner will be chosen by random draw from all the reviews received in any one calendar month.
- The winner will be selected within the first working week of the new calendar month after the previous calendar month has ended.
- Only one entry per person, per month will be eligible for the prize draw.
Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to anyone making a valid purchase on our website, that goes onto leave a verified review on reviews.io
The Prize
- The winner will receive the cost of one item back, excluding delivery, that they have purchased through our website. If the order includes more than one item, the most expensive item will be counted.
- Only non-returned items are eligible to receive the cost back – items that have already been refunded are not eligible.
- The cost will be returned to the winner via their original payment method.
Winner Announcement
- Once the winner has been drawn, they will be notified within 5 working days by email.
- The winners First Name, Surname Initial and County will be posted on this page each month.
Claiming the Prize
- The winner must reply to the notification email to arrange the transfer of the prize within 14 days.
- If the winner does not respond within this time period, the prize will be forfeit.
General
- Chatham Footwear reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Any changes to these terms and conditions, or cancellation of the draw, will be posted on this webpage. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the terms and conditions.
