We aim to process your exchange requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods back to our Exeter warehouse.

We'll accept exchange requests only on items which have been purchased directly from us within the last 28 days, and which are within perfect reselling condition. This means all labels, tags, clothing bags and shoe boxes must be suitable for return. 

During the Christmas period, we'll accept gift returns up until the 15th of January.
