Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please print and complete the form you received via email, or include a cover note inside the box, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the attached address label on the front of the receipt form. We advise all customers to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

*If your items were purchased from a non-Chatham Marine store or Website, please return your item to the retailer, not to Chatham Marine. As we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from ourselves, Chatham Marine. Please note that their terms and conditions may vary from ours.

We are only able to receive returns through the postal service, and do not offer a drop off service.

If your exchange request is urgent, we would recommend that you return the original order to us for refund, and place and pay for a new order on the website. This will ensure the quickest exchange time both within the UK and overseas.

Faulty Items

If in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email our customer service team at info@chatham.co.uk. Please return the item clearly stating the fault and include proof of purchase. We will endeavour to replace your item but if unable to do so, we may offer an alternative or a refund if the item is found to be faulty.

Free Returns for UK customers

Returns are free available via Yodel on the UK Mainland. For nearest drop off point, please visit the Yodel Store Locator

Please remember to include the completed Chatham returns form.

*For this service, parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 60cm

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, so please do obtain a proof of postage. Parcels typically take 3-5 working days to arrive and refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return, at which point a confirmation email will be sent.

By Post

You can also place your returns back to us using Royal Mail or your preferred carrier of choice, but this will come at a cost to the consumer.

For overseas returns (non-UK)

For overseas returns the cost of sending any items back is fully at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately for overseas orders we are unable to perform a size exchange. The shoes will need to be returned and then re-ordered due to issues with cross-border shipping and duties.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned. 

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete.

We reserve the right to refund only the cost of the goods and not the shipping charge.

Google/Apple Pay
Once the refund has been processed it can take 10+ days to appear on your bank statement. The normal time frame is 3-5 working days however if after 10 days there is still no refund please contact your bank for further information.

Chatham Marine G2 products all come with our unique 2-year guarantee, so if you have any concerns or quality issues that are covered under our terms and conditions, please send the shoes back to us at our returns address above. Please include your Guarantee Code and proof of purchase.
