Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Free Returns for UK customers

1. Returns/Exchange Form: Please fill out a returns form and pop it in your shoe box

2. Print label: To start your return with Yodel, simply click here and follow the steps to create a label

3. Find Your Nearest Yodel Drop-Off Shop: click here and enter your postcode

*For this service, parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 60cm

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, so please obtain a proof of postage.

 


 

Alternative returns methods

You can place your returns back to us using Royal Mail or any preferred carrier but this will be at your expense. 

Overseas returns (non-UK)

For overseas returns the cost of sending any items back is at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, for overseas orders we are unable to perform a size exchange. The shoes will need to be returned and then re-ordered due to issues with cross-border shipping and duties.

Refunds

We will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned. 

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete.

We reserve the right to refund only the cost of the goods and not the shipping charge.

Google/Apple Pay
Once the refund has been processed it can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement. If after 10 days there is still no refund please contact your bank for further information.

Faulty Items

If in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email our customer service team at info@chatham.co.uk. Please return the item clearly stating the fault and include proof of purchase. We will endeavour to replace your item but if unable to do so, we may offer an alternative or a refund if the item is found to be faulty.
